Core: Dashicons in use 104Live (shipped with plugin)

104 of the 350 Dashicons WordPress ships. These come from wp-admin: admin-menu registrations, post types, media types. Not ours to change, and out of scope. Swapping them would make the shell disagree with the admin pages inside its own windows.
